Great customer service, had to set up some things but works as advertised. Tried so many apps but this one fits my business best

First, this app works perfectly and is flawless and it is as described. All my products are connected to my supplier, my supplier doesn't change the QTY of inventory if I have them set up as variants. The only way for me to get around this was to use Merchbees Low Stock Alert. Now I receive a low stock alert on the individual product, I then can go into the "variant' product I set up and manually change the inventory so I don't sell a product that actually may have run out. This app has literally saved me hours and hours of searching product inventory that hits a certain qty. Secondly, the support I have received from Merchbees is second to none! Communication is clear, friendly and professional. I highly recommend everyone use this app in their store/s, it's a no-brainer, it will help you keep up with any stock that runs low so you won't miss or most importantly forget. It is certainly worth the money and saves all low inventory headaches. A+++ from me. Thanks, Merchbees for such a fantastic, time-saving app.

This app is providing a great work around to how my online is integrated with the rest of the business. I have to share inventory with a local branch and they only want me listing a portion of the inventory in stock. This way if an item is listed out of stock I can send concurrent notification to our branch manager and warehouse manager and we can list new inventory as needed.

Fantastic app and even better customer service. We're a small retail shop and needed a solution that would allow our staff to easily see which products were below a minimum quantity threshold so that we could restock inventory in a timely fashion. Setup was easy and any instances of needing support were responded to in a timely fashion as well. Highly recommend.

The app is a god-send for a store like mine with hundreds of products and variants. If like me, you regularly top-up your inventory with deliveries and either need a "shopping list" or order list, there is no simpler method of getting that list than this app.

Once you set it up, it will save you hours! I have my app set up to give me email alerts for products on the morning that I physically visit particular suppliers, but also I have other alerts set-up for real time alerts for suppliers who I place orders online with! I can just print out my shopping list anytime, from anywhere in the world!
