Be aware, they charged my credit card after months because they said that they forgot to charge taxes when I placed the orders. I contacted them and explained that they can’t ask merchants to pay for their mistake. No reply so far

First I must say, I'm not sure the comments here are real. The application has way too many issues. I can't even understand how other people managed to work with it. The mockups it creates are inconsistent and revert the color of your designs! The uploads take forever. The support is not good either. They respond quickly but for most of my requests their response has been "It works fine here". That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! There 1 open request that they're looking into at the moment and I will see how they handle it and based on that I will reconsider trying again. For now, not worth the days spent.

This app doesn't work at all. Every step has more and more issues and the integrations are a nightmare. I don't know how anyone could work with this platform.

In the case of Customily integration, merchOne products should be published to your Shopify store through the Customily App. This is why products cannot be published directly from the merchOne interface. We would like to guide you through the product addition process together with a Customily expert. gives great promises. delivers crap. could not see a preview of my product. once uploaded it only uploaded the design work not the product. and although it says for the usa there are hardly any products available
