MESA: Workflow Automation

The app really help me automate some tasks that initally take a LOT of times to do, so we can focus on more important ones for scaling the busines. And ShopPad has one of the best customer support in the world, they'll do their best to help you. Thank's a lot !

I have only just started using this app, to help connect infinite options to a spreadsheet. I have finalised the settings today and managed to setup an excel sheet to work alongside the Google sheet and already I have conquered a huge task which was required for my business. Matt has been helping me along from support as I am a little bit of a technophobe and he has been very prompt with the assistance and there was no issue with him amending any stumbling blocks I came across. Thank you!

Mesa is essentially the Zapier of Shopify. We use it to connect with the Infinite Options app to take form entry data into a Google Sheet. We're hoping it integrates with ConvertKit soon to tag customers into email sequences. The only thing I would hope for (that I know they are working on) is that it's a bit tricky to get every custom form data into individual cells onto a Google sheet. That being said, the customer service team is awesome and helped us set that up, free of charge. Great folks, great product!

Mesa is an incredible tool for automating various workflows and streamlining your business. I had a complex use case that needed a high level of customization and Mandy + the engineering team did an exceptional job assisting to find a working solution. And this isn't the first time they've come to the rescue. This is an exceptional app with a stellar customer support team.
