at least I've tried it, it's IMPOSSIBLE to test FTP to add subcategories IMPOSSIBLE at least I can't do anything or there are few instructions

PORTUGUÊS:
pelo menos que tentei testa INVIÁVEL FTP para adicionar sub categorias IMPOSSÍVEL pelo menos não conseguir fazer nada ou tem poucas instruções

this app is very hard to use doesn't have very many options for different workflow. I would recommend zapier way more because zapier has way more options and customization as well as it's cheaper. Plus this app charged me after I installed the app. Horrible experience would not recommend.

Customer support is spot on. I haven't been able to get a response from the live chat however through the email option responds are fast.
It's like zapier but exactly designed for shopify. I have been able to complete all the workflows that I've needed.
