Easy to use and easy to get (fast, friendly!) help when needed. Helps us take care of repeat tasks in real time, instead of our old way of manually exporting / importing across platforms to get things done.

Fairly simple to create your own workflows! I had one more complex one I wasn't sure how to create, reached out, and they worked through it with me! Very kind and made the whole process so easy! Excellent customer service!

Very helpful. You just have to be mindful of the 250 limit. Include instructions to work around that in your initial correspondence with them

The MESA team has being really helpfull developing flows that save us lot of time and helped us with late alerts to prevent problems in order processing

Customer support is spot on. I haven't been able to get a response from the live chat however through the email option responds are fast.
It's like zapier but exactly designed for shopify. I have been able to complete all the workflows that I've needed.

This app is absolutely fantastic. We have many products with color options and Shopify was unable to create enough variants for the options we offer. We use Infinite Options to solve this problem then integrate Mesa to help export all orders with these options to a Google Sheet in order to track production of these custom color pieces of gear. The customer service deserves special recognition as they have helped me build flows from start, taught me a lot about how to build them myself and then are happy to troubleshoot and refine the flow that I built out myself. I can't recommend this app enough if you want to get a better handle on your data from Shopify.

If you're looking for responsive customer help, Mesa is the way to go. They always make sure that my concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received from them. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!
