MeshTix has been a very helpful and easy-to-use app for managing event ticketing directly through Shopify, and it has made a real difference for our small team.
We are a registered social enterprise, and we were looking for a ticketing solution that could support both our main event entry and workshop registrations in a simple, practical way. MeshTix has allowed us to keep everything within Shopify, which has made the process much smoother and easier to manage.
What we appreciated most was the support from Logan. When we had questions and issues at the start, he was incredibly responsive, patient and understanding of our needs. He took the time to guide us through the setup, explain things clearly, and help us find workable solutions without making the process feel overwhelming.
For a small social enterprise team managing events with limited time, resources and tech knowledge, that kind of support really matters.
