Très bon support client, Val a été réactif et attentif à nos besoins. Nous avions besoin d’accéder à certaines données clients afin de vérifier si les rendez vous menaient à un achat en boutique, ce qui est important pour mesurer l’efficacité du drive to store. Cette option n’était pas encore disponible mais Val a immédiatement proposé de faire remonter la demande à l’équipe de développement. J’ai apprécié cette écoute ainsi que la volonté d’améliorer l’application en fonction des retours utilisateurs. Une équipe sérieuse et une application qui évolue dans le bon sens.

Love this app. Have tried a few however this seems to fit our needs best with a very customized Shopify theme. The app support team very helful in helping to customize to your business needs as well. Highly recommend.

In general the app is very good. We had a technical issue on the app-side initially but the team worked to get this sorted and considering the low cost of the app, they worked very quickly!
We're launching our service shortly and so will see how it goes, but so far so good.

When its working its great but 90% of the time the app wont load or show me the calendar and so Ive missed several appointments, theres no way to contact for help either through the help button.
We are sorry to hear about this issue. The problem is resolved by simply clearing your browser cache. We offer help through the app and you can reach us from several touch points within your Shopify admin. You did send us a message regarding this matter and we replied directly via email.
