I’m extremely disappointed with the support provided by this app. I reach out for assistance, the response time is unreasonably long. When they finally reply, they ask for basic information like my name, and once I provide it, they disappear again without solving the issue.
This lack of professionalism and responsiveness makes it very difficult to rely on the app for my business needs. I expect much better support, especially from an app designed to enhance Shopify stores.
In general the app is very good. We had a technical issue on the app-side initially but the team worked to get this sorted and considering the low cost of the app, they worked very quickly!
We're launching our service shortly and so will see how it goes, but so far so good.
