We’ve used Metorik with both WooCommerce and now Shopify, and it’s one of the most useful tools in our reporting stack. The dashboards make it much easier to understand sales trends, customer behavior, and overall business performance compared to native platform reports. The team is also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommend!

Metorik was an amazing tool on WooCommerce to help see sales across multiple stores. We've moved to Shopify and the support team were excellent in helping me understand how we should migrate and in getting everything set up again on Shopify. Definitely recommend this tool for getting a better insight into sales. I'm sure I don't use all the features (having seen others on another review here), but even just for high level stats, it's awesome.

It's a go-to tool for us for all our analytics. We trust Metorik more than the panel data available on Meta and Google. Metorik has certainly helped our business scale-up on the back of robust data analytics. The team at Metorik is super responsive. Haven't had an instance when we were left to scramble with an issue. I would certainly testify that Metorik has significantly improved our understanding of consumer's behaviour and has made us better decision makers.

We got this app for its multi-store dashboard feature and we highly recommend it for anyone who runs multiple Shopify stores under the same brand and needs a consolidated view and reporting. Great team and support as well.

This app has been essential for us to fully understand how our e-commerce site is performing. The level of detail you can look at for customer sales is really useful (sales per product type, where a customer is based, customer life time value etc.)
We have several reports that automatically generate each month helping us with sales analysis, bookkeeping, and generating flows in Klaviyo. As a business owner, I use it everyday to keep myself fully informed and I highly recommend it.
Plus, the customer service has always been excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the response time is fast.

Metorik has been an absolute game changer for us, we currently run 8 x sites 4 x b2b and 4 x DTC the detail of the data and visibility of the customizable dashboards is incredible. I had been using salesforce for 2 years paying huge $$ for a below average setup, Metorik has allowed us to move away from salesforce.
The platform was so easy to set up just a few clicks and we were up and going in minutes, not weeks! my team were across it in one day and using it freely immediately
The team at metorik are also amazing to work with - any extra data i need to see they have been very accommodating, i believe in this platform i will be excited to see where the team at Metorik take it!

We've been using Metorik for a few months and we simply love the app and the team behind it! We still lack integration with Appstle on Shopify, but apart from that, the app is amazing! :)

Perfect app to manage our e-commerce. It gives us all the necessary info to see how our website is performing and the reporting is really useful for our investors. If you have an e-commerce, this is a must-have!
