Signed up and set up account and added credit card and then went to log back in and was blocked. I contacted support and was told that my account was blocked for my life time without any explanation and absolutely right of appeal after "Serious and extensive" review (of all of 2 minutes). I have been an ad user on google for years without any issue. This is such poor business practice by Microsoft. No explanation? No right of appeal? Just NO and never apply again for the rest of your life. Horrible experience, am very upset, sorry but I take this personally and it is grossly unfair.

Encouraged to set it up via marketing in my shopify store only to find it impossible to set up despite me already having a Microsoft advertising account. After a lot of button clicking I discovered it was not for UK use so a complete waste of my time. Ideally should not be told to set it up if it's then incompatible.

Thank you so much for your interest in the Microsoft Advertising app. At this time, this app is only available for U.S. and Canada. However, you can get set up with Microsoft Shopping campaigns here: https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/solutions/ad-products/shopping-campaigns.

We have since limited the availability of the app to just U.S. and Canadian markets. We are hoping to expand the app into all Microsoft Shopping campaign eligible markets in the near future. The experience was absolutely horrible. I created a Microsoft Advertising account and tried to add a payment method. I tried three times. Their system claimed the card number wasn't right which wasn't the case. I log out to refresh and log back in to find my account was blocked. I was notified my account was suspended for violation of Microsoft Advertising Policies, which is interesting because I created the account about 10 mins before it was suspended and never advertised anything. I attempted to chat with an agent and was disconnected. I went back in to request an agent again... I was disconnected again. Never received help. The app isn't worth the hassle I'll find something better.

feed url points to a parked ad domain? Feeds are not captured by microsoft ads console. Is this really official?

So my account got suspended immediately after I created the account. I was chatting with one of their teams and she promised to help me out with the platform. She didn't help me at all and I was told that's final. Like I haven't done anything yet. It's really hard to market our businesses these days, they're acting strange. Thank you for not wasting my time

Doesn't work if your store uses custom policy pages. We are trying to set this up and can't get it done because there's a "checklist" your store must comply with to be able to use the app. One of the requirements is to have a Privacy and Terms policy pages done THROUGH SHOPIFY. We have these as custom pages on our website, and the app won't recognize them. It keeps redirecting us to the native Shopify functionality which we don't want to use.

The app is available in only the US and Canada. This is pretty poor considering Microsoft's resources.
