account rapidly (~2 days since creation) suspended for no obvious reason while i was trying to pay my outstanding balance. i was tying up loose ends because i was not satisfied with the way broad matches work and was ending my use of this service.

disapointing service and they made sure to finish with a bang.

Tried unsuccessfully to add a payment method. Used valid information for an active card but it was consistently rejected for not containing valid information. After trying a few times I saw that my account had been suspended for Violation of Egregious Policy.
Ridiculous waste of time although I probably should be happy. A process that starts this screwed up is not promising at all. Don't waste your time.

After days of working with customer support, this channel still isn't working. In normal MS fashion, the software is cumbersome to setup and doesn't work properly. Error messages are ambiguous and the setup directions are incomplete. The time it has taken to set up this one channel has been more than all the other combined. The only thing that make me keep trying it the conversion rate through bing is higher than google for my shop. I'll try a few more days but at some point, I will give up.

Don't you realize there is a whole world beyond US and Canada? When is this going to be rolled out to the UK or am I missing something?

I have been trying to set this up for weeks and keep getting the error message "Oops, Sorry. An error occurred while processing your request, please retry or contact support team for help". I have tried reaching out to support through the Shopify app, through Micorosft Ads support number, and through their live chat and each time nothing gets accomplished.

If you could include screenshots of the error you are getting that would be very helpful as well since we cannot see your Shopify experience.
