Responsive and helpful customer service! We are still in the process of getting it setup and hit a bug on Microsoft's end, but Muzaara answered all our questions along the way.

Not working! and there's no support as well! You can't sync your products. It is keep saying Sync but.... Waste of time.

It's actually working. Just take some time to update if you have thousands of products. Made a mistake for the 1st time, and now it's working.

Would not connect to our ad account. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting but didn't work. We were logged into the ad account on another tap.

It got stuck in the third step and nothing changed. Frustrated about this. Hope it can be fixed soon.
