I’m really happy with MIDA! It’s super easy to use and has been a game-changer for figuring out how people are moving around my website. The session recordings and heatmaps are great – I can see exactly where customers are dropping off or completing purchases, which makes fixing things so much easier. I also love that it’s GDPR-compliant and works with multiple stores.
The setup was quick, and the customer support team is awesome – they’re super responsive and keep improving the app with new updates. Since I started using it, I've seen fewer people bouncing off the site and more completed checkouts. Definitely recommend this app if you’re looking to understand your customers better and make your site work even smoother!
This app is a fantastic tool for tracking customer visits on our website! So far, I LOVE this app. The ease of setting it up and customer service is great. I feel like a super secret spy in my own business (cue 007 music). I have another heat map on my other business site and what I like about this one is that it keeps tracks of repeat visitors by number (for me I'm #1-so I'll know when the map is link to me making tweaks on my site). and whose added to cart and their journey that moves them through my funnel and what stops them. I check this app a few times a day and think about how to make my site better for the customer experience and journey.
It's good and convenient app that improve your website conversions through customers' behaviors that Mida brought, I highly recommend you people who see this app to download it, you will be amazed, it's friendly also, provide people who don't have too much budget many function to use. Meanwhile, customer service is good as well, when I encountered some problem, staff Jennie helped me out, appreciate!
I've been using this app for a few months now, and wow I am very satisfied. The app itself is great, but so is the customer service. I'm on the free version, and I love the fact that from the overview, they show you the sessions where users have added something to their carts. It saves time, and you don't have to watch each sessions individually.

This app is really cool! It was fun to watch my customers' journeys through my store. The heatmap provided a lot of insights as well, as it provided insights into what parts of my store drew my customers' attention.
Their customer service team was on top of any issues or questions I had. They generally don't respond during our typical work hours if you live in the USA.
However, if the pricing was different, I might keep the app long term. This app is more of a download-for-a-week and delete-type app. I will probably routinely download this app once a year to see what my customers are doing.
Very useful when analysing customer behaviour. Can see visitors' exact actions. Support team very responsive and cooperative. Great experience overall.

It's a great app. The free tier is generous and better than alternatives like MS Clarity. The paid tiers are amazing value compared to paid alternatives too.
I'm only a new user on the free plan but this app pointed out a few issues I had going on with my site. It's better than feedback!
