MIDA: Heatmap, Record & Replay

I'm really enjoying this app! It's incredibly helpful, and the staff is always quick to respond. One feature I love is the MIDA Session Recording Replay, which lets me follow my customers' actions on my site. With full session recordings and heatmaps, I can see exactly what's happening and test new ideas to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment.

This tool helps me understand my customers' experiences without making assumptions. It categorizes sessions by abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, and successful orders, making it super easy to find what I need.

Overall, the detailed analytics and visuals, like custom dashboards and reports, make it easy to keep track of everything. Plus, the tool is GDPR compliant and supports multiple stores.

It's good and convenient app that improve your website conversions through customers' behaviors that Mida brought, I highly recommend you people who see this app to download it, you will be amazed, it's friendly also, provide people who don't have too much budget many function to use. Meanwhile, customer service is good as well, when I encountered some problem, staff Jennie helped me out, appreciate!

I've been using this app for a few months now, and wow I am very satisfied. The app itself is great, but so is the customer service. I'm on the free version, and I love the fact that from the overview, they show you the sessions where users have added something to their carts. It saves time, and you don't have to watch each sessions individually.

This app is really cool! It was fun to watch my customers' journeys through my store. The heatmap provided a lot of insights as well, as it provided insights into what parts of my store drew my customers' attention.

Their customer service team was on top of any issues or questions I had. They generally don't respond during our typical work hours if you live in the USA.

However, if the pricing was different, I might keep the app long term. This app is more of a download-for-a-week and delete-type app. I will probably routinely download this app once a year to see what my customers are doing.

I'm only using the free plan currently, but the installation was very straightforward and I can see a clear and easy to follow video replay of each session on my site.

I also like the information tabs off to the right that show what source and location people are coming from.

Customer support was also very responsive and helpful.

Very helpful - allows you to replay the interactions with customers. Heatmap is helpful and insightful. It helps with bounce rates and to see where customers click out
