I’m really happy with MIDA! It’s super easy to use and has been a game-changer for figuring out how people are moving around my website. The session recordings and heatmaps are great – I can see exactly where customers are dropping off or completing purchases, which makes fixing things so much easier. I also love that it’s GDPR-compliant and works with multiple stores.

The setup was quick, and the customer support team is awesome – they’re super responsive and keep improving the app with new updates. Since I started using it, I've seen fewer people bouncing off the site and more completed checkouts.
