Great app! The recording feature helps us a lot, we can watch and analyze what happens when a customer visits our site, and decide which parts to improve. Besides, the assistance response is quite fast.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! I was using another replay app and was not to happy with the changes they made. So i tried MIDA just to see if fits my needs a little better, and it did!!!. I haven't had any issues and the 1 time i used the chat feature i got a response immediately. Highly recommend

I have had a very positive experience with this Mida app. It is easy to install and run. The staff are easy to contact and very responsive in case we need any help or clarifications. Also, we are able to reset the meter once we hit the limit of 400 sessions per month. We just need to contact the helpline and then they help us to reset. Overall, an excellent app that we would recommend to all.
