This app is so good, it has a free plan in which you can record and see the replay of 400 visitors. The support of this app is insane, they help you a lot. I recommend this app. Thank you Jolie for the support!!!

Mida recording is the perfect tool to monitor your users' behavoiur. To me, it's been a crucial tool to identify the website section to be modified in order to raise the time spent online, hence increase the possibility of selling.

We use it for heatmaps and it's been good so far. This app helped optimize some of the pages with high bounce rates, it wouldn't be possible without it. Customer service is fast.

Sleek Designed Shopify app It does what it is meant to do would recommend it for people who want to find out how to get more conversions for their website.
Able to reset the meter once we hit the limit of 400 sessions per month. We just need ed to email the helpline and then they helped.

Overall the app is great. it's free and is easy to use.
I used the app to help me see what customers are doing on my site.
The recordings are great. It's a new app so they'll need to tweak a few things such as easily delete multiple views at the same time. Sort abandoned checkout, successful order , and abandoned cart more easily. Currently you can sort them, but once you click on one, when you go back, you go back to the original non sorted page.
Also if they can show you before hand how long the session was that would be really useful, so that you can ignore anyone who was on the site for 1-10 seconds or however long you deem is not useful for you.
