The live session replays have been invaluable to our new business. Seeing exactly how visitors interact with our store has helped us spot issues and improve the customer experience. Highly recommend!
Interesting app, great to be able to see exactly how your customers are using your website and what they're looking at. Hopefully this will help me fix any issues, make things more user-friendly, and recognise where I need to add extra options to a collection.
If you're looking at this app, you'll likely end up needing to pay at least for their $20/mo "Growth" plan to get the features you're looking for. But those features are pretty solid. The replay feature lets you see exactly what your website visitor saw, where their mouse was, and what events happened (clicked links, viewed products, add to cart, etc). It tracks customers across subsequent visits, too.
And their support team is excellent. This is the second app from this developer that I have installed, and their support team has always been great to interact with.
If I had two critiques to give, it would be:
1. I wish they had a tier equivalent to the "Growth" plan but with fewer sessions per month at a lower cost. For brand new stores like mine, $20/mo is steep. I'd happily pay $10/mo for 1000 sessions instead of 3500.
2. They really ought to have a video demonstration or something showcasing the features on this app store page. It's much more feature-rich than the app store page lets on.
I love how I can see what my customers are doing. It gives me insights on what the first button my customers are pressing, as well as which categories are the most popular.
We love the app, we utilize it to ensure our landing pages are converting our paid traffic and its so helpful to see exactly what people are reading and scrolling right past, especially when its your CTA boxes
I downloaded this app solely for the heatmaps feature, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. When I first tried it, the heatmaps didn’t even load, just a blank white screen. I contacted support and it took them 3 days to respond, which was already a red flag. After some back and forth with their IT team, the issue was finally fixed, but by then, 5 out of the 7 days of the free trial were already gone.
I decided to let it run a couple of days to gather some data, but after that, I realized the heatmaps weren’t even tracking product clicks. What’s the point of a heatmap if it doesn’t capture essential user interactions? I reached out again to support to report this, and they basically shrugged it off and refused a refund, saying the trial had expired—even though most of it was wasted waiting for their team to fix the app.
Overall, poor customer support and a feature that doesn’t deliver. Not worth your time. I would recommend Lucky Orange.
I think it's one of the best app for heatmaps, replays and records. Very intuitive and easy to use.
I like the fact that there's a free verision, very usefull if you are a beginner!

Makes it really easy to track customer movement during their visit. Helps us find a lot of misplaced stuff and fix problems as we see it thru their eyes. Recommended.

I highly recommend MIDA:Heatmap. It helped me easily recognize where my site gets the most traffic from, and to observe my customers habits so that I can better improve the website experience.
