MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout

I think it's one of the best app for heatmaps, replays and records. Very intuitive and easy to use.
I like the fact that there's a free verision, very usefull if you are a beginner!
Also great customer support :)

Very nice addition would be an AI driven CRO specialist as feature, which gives advices based on the collected user behavior. So something to think about it would really help.

Super useful to find out how to improve your website and user experience, especially the Replay and Record functionality.

The application works without any problems. I did not experience any problems during the trial period. Technical service is attentive and helpful, you can get help whenever you want.

I have been using the Mida app for over a month and am really pleased with it.
It enables us to analyse user sessions on our website, providing valuable insights into which pages our visitors engage with and the specific areas they focus on.

The customer support is exceptional—I've enjoyed interacting with Chloe and Quinn, who are always incredibly helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns.

Very solid app, plenty of free sessions to get good data.

I particularly like the features showing how many pages a customer views, if they've viewed collection pages and the importance / potential of each visit.
