I have had a very positive experience with this Mida app. It is easy to install and run. The staff are easy to contact and very responsive in case we need any help or clarifications. Also, we are able to reset the meter once we hit the limit of 400 sessions per month. We just need to contact the helpline and then they help us to reset. Overall, an excellent app that we would recommend to all.

Overall, I have a good experience with this app and the customer service. It is just what I was looking for and is easy to use.
Also customer service is so great, Jena Nguyen has been so helpful with answering any questions I have and when I needed to delete my recording sessions she was so prompt and accommodating.
I know this is a new app but they really listen to customers' needs and are ready to develop more expected features. I requested a feature that I want to have a filter function when selecting which sessions I want to replay, like I only want to replay the sessions that have "add to cart" action.
Jena immediately requested to her team as well as submitted this feature to the new features of the app and will notify me the nearest release date. I am very satisfied with her work and handling of the problem. Thank to the BSS team and I really look forward to the new updates from you guys. It's really worth the wait.
