MIDA: Heatmap, Replay & Record

I have been using the app for a while now, the customer service is great, and Jennie has been a great help. Also, I find the app very useful, especially being able to keep up with how customers are behaving, I recommend this app to anyone looking for more insight into their customer's behaviour.

I’m really happy with MIDA! It’s super easy to use and has been a game-changer for figuring out how people are moving around my website. The session recordings and heatmaps are great – I can see exactly where customers are dropping off or completing purchases, which makes fixing things so much easier. I also love that it’s GDPR-compliant and works with multiple stores.

The setup was quick, and the customer support team is awesome – they’re super responsive and keep improving the app with new updates. Since I started using it, I've seen fewer people bouncing off the site and more completed checkouts. Such a vital tool for all business owners, you need to know how customers are interacting with the site in order to see areas of improvement. Much better then an ordinary recording app as it includes heat maps too! The support team from MIDA are 10/10 as well. Special mention to Jennie and Quinn as they went above and beyond to help with my problem.
