Migration Pro: Store Migration

Do not use!!!! The promise of 'immediate support' and '24/7 support' is not true and deceptive and misleading.
I went through the process, paid my money (which was immediate) then promptly got an error message for the migration saying 'there is an error, just contact the live chat'
However, in fact there is no live chat and in fact no contact at all!!!
I tried going through the Shopify help centre, which was immediate as promised, and although they were helpful all they could do was send an email to these Migration People which is the same as I have done and I've heard nothing.
I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to get everything set up to do the migration and then have ZERO contact, let alone the much heralded '24/7 support' as promoted.
I can't even get a refund as I can't even contact them to do that!
Don't make the mistake like me of throwing your money away for nothing.

I am so glad I found this tool. It has saved me a lot of time, even though it is a bit complex at first and it takes a bit of time to get everything set up the way you need it. But the support is very fast and has customized some things perfectly for me.

Great app. Easy to use and can migrate portions of your store at a time. Support is super responsive and was able to help us out on several occasions during our migration from BigCommerce

migration pro has shown such great service, always fast and informative replies, they have also met my specific needs and found solutions to a certain migration feature i needed, they have saved me alot of time and money! very happy customer here.

Overall a good experience - the team worked really hard to get my info migrated. Shopify's editing capabilities made it a bit hard to format the images once they were migrated, but we sorted it out. I made a few concrete suggestions of ways that Migration Pro can improve its interface, as some of the initial stages can be confusing to understand. But overall they helped me get this done so I can move forward - and it's definitely saved some time on my end as a business owner.

It would be even better if Shopify had this feature/technology built-in, rather than an app. I'd encourage them to join forces so that an outside app would no longer be needed ;)
