We had a massive store migration (64,000 SKUs!) from a rather unique hosting platform, so ours was a special case—but the support from the team, especially Lamiya who was handling our project, was truly exceptional.
The app itself is fully capable of handling regular store migrations smoothly—ours just required extra support due to the sheer volume and the complexity of our previous setup. Even though my replies were sometimes slow, Lamiya was always friendly, patient, and incredibly proactive—checking in before taking action and keeping me updated at every step!
Her responses were fast, execution was efficient, and even in areas the app couldn’t support due to our setup, she still offered helpful advice and thoughtful workarounds. Not many people go the extra mile like that out of goodwill

Very easy software to use. We had some additional requirements with our migration and MigrationPro were very accommodating and created custom filters for us as we had a lot of records we didn't want transferred over to our new website.
Lamiya was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions about the process and about the custom filters. If we have any further migration needs we will definitely use MigrationPro. They even offered a generous discount to mitigate the records that were being filtered out.
