We were looking for a powerful, modern and flexible 3D configurator to handle a large variety of options for our product. After reading the other reviews about Mimeeq, we decided to get in touch with them.

After completing the setup process with them, the configurator was already set up very well out of the box with no major changes being required. Due to it being very flexible, it can sometimes be a little confusing, but between the support team and the help documentation, any minor changes that were still required were easily implemented.

We were surprised to receive a "post-go-live review process" mail from them, where they had a look at product page, configurator, and cart settings, and made suggestions on where things could be improved. They had also created an improved copy of the configurator that could be made live with the click of a few buttons, pending our approval. This was just one instance of many where they went above and beyond for us.

If you are a new company with an untested market then the cost of entry can be daunting, but if you want your configurator done right and want to know that the developers behind it is there to support you and will listen to your feedback and unique feature requests, then the costs are more than justified.
