Started off well. Finally a min/max solution that did it all. But. As soon as added in to each stage of checkout had Shopify warnings of checkouts failing and maybe 5% of customers unable to check out (when no limits were even turned on). So hard to replicate hence didnt contact support. But was fine before install and fine at uninstall. In between, fury. And automatic Shopify alerts to say the app is causing checkout failures.
Hello friend, I am sorry to hear you experienced an issue with our app. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; you're the first merchant to report an issue with our checkout feature since its release in October 2023. Our technical support will contact you for more information and hopefully solve this compatibility issue with your tech stack.
It works but it slowed our website, and it sometimes crashed our checkout process. I have sent support a request, I have not received an autoemail assuring me that my message has been received and I will get an answer soon, We are now looking for an alternative.
