MinCart ‑ Order limits

When I needed help adjusting MOQ rules, I received a response right away and Aditi was very helpful!

Superb application, top class and the support is exceptional. We are a UK business and I highly recommend Min Cart. The guys are responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The application has had a huge impact on cutting down on unnecessary purchases and in turn a high volume of returns. We have filtered out the customers who are serial returners which ultimately costs a significant amount of time and money. Special shout out to Adi and thanks for all your help.

As a business that sells items that have a legal requirement to limit basket quantities, this app performs the task admirably. So far, no-one has added more than the restriction quantity.

The only downside is the complexity of the rules, but that complexity does give you a great deal of power on how you wish to control the restrictions. A bit of patience and thought will see you through.

This app was necessary for our B2B website build out. It was very easy to set up and customized, and support was very quick to help trouble shoot our integration when we ran into mini challenges. Shawn from their team is also A+++ to work with.

Highly recommend!

Started off well. Finally a min/max solution that did it all. But. As soon as added in to each stage of checkout had Shopify warnings of checkouts failing and maybe 5% of customers unable to check out (when no limits were even turned on). So hard to replicate hence didnt contact support. But was fine before install and fine at uninstall. In between, fury. And automatic Shopify alerts to say the app is causing checkout failures.

This is the most customizable mix/max app that I've experienced, and I downloaded multiple. It did exactly what we wanted to when others couldn't.
