I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. I have to do a lot of tweaking. I wish every ad would include the link to the product.

Great app for those who want to save time editing product promo videos, or those who don't have experience in editing.
Personally, I would like to have more options of customisation of specific elements (that's just my own need for control), but I understand that the goal of the app is to work quickly within the set up colour scheme.
When I encountered problems with my subscription, Avraham was a big help in solving the issue.

So far so good. I've learned a little bit working with Minta and would love to see how far I can take this.

Minta customer support is the best. After the free trial period, I have been charged for the yearly plan without noticing But I wanted the monthly plan. I contacted the support team and they responded by email immediately and did their best to help me and connect me with Jordan Customer Care Supervisor who did everything to fulfill my needs and ensure that I have an excellent experience with Minta. Thank you all Minta Team, I wish more businesses were like you guys.
