Minta Social Videos Auto Post

The auto-post feature does not support real-time syncing with newly added products in the store's collection. It's been over a week since I reported this issue to them with no response. I'm wondering how stores with frequent product updates are even using this app? I've already tried reinstalling the app, but the auto-post feature still isn't updating products from the collection. This is really poor tech support/development!!

Love the price and videos, however it's not reliable. Even though it's set up, it stops posting.

This app excels in the quality of its video templates and AI-generated avatar videos. Additionally, customer support is quick and helpful. Unfortunately, I've encountered several issues in my specific case. First, the AI-generated videos aren't available in Spanish, and second, and more seriously for me, it doesn't allow you to transfer created posts to different social media platforms. You have to create them individually for each network, wasting a lot of time.

Saying customers can get started for free is dishonest. I was met with a paywall almost immediately with no other way to proceed. I'm uninstalling this from my Shopify store immediately. What a scam.
