It is indeed an amazing app ,I have only a day with and I am very impressed so far,the only thing that throw me out a bit was the pricing with extra charges if over limit>
I did contact customer service and ask for clarifications,everything has been explain ,Minta Social app has youtube videos ,very helpful FAQ detailed ,my only concern were the charges over and from what I understood will be only if you go over limit with AI videos.
I will be back after a period with more feedback,while I am still testing it
I love the fact I can make quick ads and that you can carry on making and posting ads for me when I'm busy doing other things.
I would still like to be able to upload my own music.

I have had my ups and downs with Minta. However, I must say that they are the most consistent social media posting app you will find on Shopify. I have tried them ALL!!

A few issues with the app, primarily the fact that it seems like at least 4-5 times each week, I have to delete an auto "Easter" post. Easter was in April & it's now June, yet the Easter template continues running. The next issue is that the product videos are still not able to upload to my products within Shopify, and I'm not sure if this is due to my theme page or not. I've allowed Minta access to my shop, yet after 1 month of not having the issue resolved or hearing back from Minta, I decided to withdraw their access and simply use the videos I've created via Canva to add to certain products within my shop. other than that, I'm satisfied with their app

Minta Social Video Auto Post is quite clever and producing short videos to post in my social media accounts by utilising the information available in the webisite through its AI technology. Once it's linked the autopilot does everything so I don't need to spend my time to create posts! It's all set in the monthly planner. Another good thing is that human support is instantly available. Minta's staff members are quite supportive, prompt and thoughtful. They are always available through the chat to assist customers which I found it quite convenient & excellent :-)

Charges continue even if unused – be careful!
This has been the most unreasonable experience I've had with any Shopify app so far. Even though I wasn’t actively using the app, I was still charged $5 every month. The support team explained that if you don’t want to use the app after the 7-day trial, you must uninstall it from your store. I want to emphasize this clearly: Unless you remove the app from your store, the subscription fee will continue to be charged. Simply removing your payment information inside the app is not enough. I've never encountered such a system with any other app I’ve downloaded from the Shopify App Store. New users should definitely be cautious.
Hi - sorry to hear this. Our Minta app uses Shopify's native billing system, which means charges continue unless the app is uninstalled via your Shopify admin.
Removing card info in the app doesn’t stop charges - only uninstalling does, which - while standard practice across all Shopify apps - is explained clearly in our help articles and via support, if you'd reached out. Payment is not made from you to us, it is made to Shopify and then to us - so Shopify see the app is installed and you will be charged according to the plan you are signed up to.

Sent a chat to Minta and I instantly received a reply back from Shafta. I was very happy how quick of a response I received. The error seemed to be my own and not Minta. I have to say I really like what they've done with all the products and the video designs, awesome and looks fantastic!
UPDATE:
Had to get a hold of the team chat due to product and vides not matching. I was able to chat with Alex, and he was patient, helpful and very quick. He also gave me instructions on what I would or could do on my end, and crossing my fingers. Thanks, Alex!!

The problem with me is not the app itself. It's bad customer service. I tried cancelling my subscription with this app because it's too expensive for me. When I reached out to support, they lied and told me to uninstall it to cancel it. That's what I did and they kept charging me. As a result, my jewelry shop is frozen.
