By leveraging Mirakl Connect, we’ve successfully expanded our digital footprint into high-barrier-to-entry markets. The platform’s catalog transformer has effectively eliminated the inefficiencies of manual onboarding, allowing for a more agile and scalable expansion strategy.
We use the Mirakl platform for two marketplaces and were happy to find this connector. It would save us a lot of time by automatically creating orders instead of having to create and process them manually.
However, we discovered that no VAT line is being sent! This should normally work in an order sync tool, right? We use other sync tools for different marketplaces that do include this by default.
Very disappointing. Hopefully, there is a solution for this.
This app absolutely sucks. I am an enterprise user and pay a monthly fee of over $500 to automatically transform the data into the retailer channel's specifications. 4 months later, I am still not fully live with the retailers and have done countless hours of manual work. However, I was forced to sign a 12-month contract at the beginning, so I am currently stuck with it. the staff at Mirakl Connect really tries to help, but the technology is so bad, there is not much they can do.
