Realmente me gusta esta app!, la experiencia de usuario es muy buena, los productos siguen a la oreja (en nuestro caso por productos de joyería stud) y la atención por parte de la app, es estupenda. ¡muchas gracias!

I couldn't recommend more. This app offers so much value even in the free plan. It integrates smoothly with my theme and it's very easy to use. Also when I had difficulties with the set up, the customer service was very quick and very helpful! He also answered all of my questions very nicely. I can't wait to see the awesome results for my e-commerce site!

Satwik, the manager helped me A LOT! He made everything super easy and I even learned a lot from him. I think it is the best customer upport I have ever revceived and it is also an AMAZING app to have!

Installed Mirror for our store, faced setup issues. Reached out for help; support responded but couldn't resolve problems. Asked for additional assistance, quoted $3000 for onboarding – unrealistic. Sadly, uninstalled app, looking for alternatives for our jewelry store. Better support pricing could have made a difference.

We're disheartened to learn about the challenges you encountered during setup. Upon an internal review, we've examined our email correspondences and found that our support POC provided step-by-step guidance for setting up the mirrAR app, including a helpful YouTube video once requested by the team. As our app listing indicates, DIY with our team's assistance is complimentary. However, a charge is applicable for end-to-end setup by the mirrAR team, as communicated by our support point of contact and outlined in the pricing section of our app listing.

I’m a new user and so far my experience is great! The support team is awesome, especially Satwik, who is thorough, kind and helped with all of my questions. I truly feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was set up properly and happy. I definitely would recommend this app to another business!
