I would like to commend Zotabox staff especially Manuel, and Kathleen and the development team for their hard work helping me with an issue that had to be sorted for our black Friday sale. Wow, I really have never had such excellent service ever! thank you a million times over!!
I highly recommend zotabox as their interface is really easy to use and their support is instant, thorough and they don't stop until the problem has been sorted. Don't try other platforms, this is the best one in their niche!

Out of all of the 17 apps we have installed, this one is our favourite. We love the social coupon promos and the messenger chat. The ability to change colours and position the promos on the site is an advantage. This company is ahead of the game in app development.
This application is very useful. Even with the free version, I was able to make my announcement bar clickable, which greatly enhances the customer experience. The support from Manuel and the team was incredible—they checked and revised the settings for me! Highly recommended!

Oh my goodness this app has thought of everything and even better it is super easy to install and use if you are not the best techno savvy person. So excited to get to use all these tools. I wish I had come across this app ages ago. Good job to the app developers!

Havent used the support but based on the product I am assuming it is unbelievable. This app is amazing, I won't be using anything else, it is really cool, has heaps of modification options. I just have to make sure I don't get carried away. I have enabled the free options for now. Check it out https://fashion-favourites.com/ - I am using the facebook messenger for live chat or message chat, pop up for special offers, and promo for the items on sale. Colours and styles can be modified in the free version, though the paid subscription has heaps of extra cool things that I can't wait to play with. Have fun, you will love it.

Wow. I am blown away. Zotabox is a must for any Shopify user - their suite of free and premium apps are awesome. If I could only recommend one app to look into it would be this one (because it connects you with all there others, which I would equally recommend). Mobile bar needs to be more user friendly as its big and bulky. Since they have all these apps and my company has personally TESTED and used all of them I will lead you with this lovely excerpt from them

"I am very sorry you feel this way. We have to make our tools for 1,000's of customers and keep our prices very low or free. We save website owners and developers a lot of money that it would take to make 25+ tools themselves.
With our low cost or free plans we are unable to do 'custom work' for each website but as you mentioned we do make custom CSS a feature if you are able to do it your self.

Drew my last straw with this company today. Seriously. I asked them why you cant make the whole header bar (something they offer for FREE) clickable insread of an enter and I am a paying customer. They told me they have 1000s of customers; they cant do SOMETHING custom for every single person. Yeah I am in a business and I have 48.5k CUSTOMERS and you need to learn how to speak to customers. Amazing what some of these standards of these foreign companies are.

Zota Box has thought of everything, covered all the bases, then made it better. What a fantastic app that ended up replacing about three apps that I had installed prior to discovering Zota Box. It's easy enough for a chimpanzee to use, but sleek enough that DaVinci would be impressed. Going to be running with these guys all the way. If you don't have ZotaBox, what are you reading this for? Get it now!
