I will be launching soon and after searching through many different dropshipping apps, Modalyst seems to have everything I have been looking for, as well as, lots of positive reviews. I will write another review after I open and test the order waters. ;) So far so good!

Beware of Modalyst. Their vendors do not follow guidelines & include their own information inside of the package, with pricing! I placed a test order from one of their US-based vendors who is considered an Independent Brand, and who offers returns. Modalyst guarantees that Independent Brands will blind ship, but will include an invoice WITHOUT pricing inside, with your store logo.

When the item arrived, this wasn't the case. The item's label was from the vendor, which would be super confusing in the first place if you were the customer thinking you ordered an item from my store, and it comes from another. Then, inside wasn't a nice invoice with my store logo. Instead, it was an invoice WITH PRICING and with all the boutique's information and website. Horrible. On top of that, the sweatshirt was drenched in vinegar and smelled up my whole house.

I requested a return several times from the vendor who supposedly offers returns in 14 days. They NEVER responded to me at all. I then contacted Modalyst and not even their CEO, Jill, has bothered to get back with me. She asked me to send her all the details, but I have followed up with her now a couple times and she went MIA. I even had to try and dispute the charge with my bank, which ultimately didn't work. So now I'm stuck with an item that I should have been able to return, but couldn't due to a shady vendor and no response from Modalyst.

The $30 fee is totally not worth it. The items are way marked up and in order to make any profit, you'd basically have to sell them at higher than retail. Who in their right mind would pay for that as a customer?

This has been a complete disaster and I am very disappointed in the fact that I paid even a cent for membership, as they do not comply with their terms.

This app is one of the best apps that I have used. Amazing support staff and great varaity of products and suppliers. Very very professional.

This app and it's support staff is really AWESOME!! Representative Espin is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this app. You won't be disappointed.

I use the app to help my store sell name brand products. It has been a great help it’s very convenient.

I've only just recently downloaded this app and its okay. They do have quailty products but the price is so HIGH and the shipping rates are High. It leaves no room to make a profit. They also don't carry a lot of products for my nich but I'll see how it goes.

I've only just started using modalyst however so far I am extremely pleased! Everything works great and all items are great quality. Of course I've done my research on them and haven't found a single bad review or comment! Looking forward to future work. Again, I have just started but so far so great!

Modalyst is a 5 star service in all aspects. In Europe it is rare to find a good dropshipper, and in USA it is difficult to find a quality dropshipper to sent to Europe with low cost shipping. In Modalyst i have high hopes for good profits and i plan to put all their suppliers on my web site for sale.
Another good thing is that in case one supplier defaults in their quality i can simply take them out without worrying i will destroy my business and still do all that from one app. Many thanks for your 5 star support as well, i am sending continuously messages with many questions and they reply very very fast.
