I've been using this app for 2 months now and every time I have an issue I try to contact the support no answer, very bad customer support. plus lately i can't add products to my import list.

Horrible app!! I would not trust the vendors on this app at all. I had a customer order 2 items. One item took forever to be shipped and the vendor would not reply to my emails until I contacted Modalyst about them. The other vendor shipped an item that looked nothing like the pictures. I ended up having to refund my customer for the entire order due to her dissatisfaction with the purchase.

Also, just a few days ago, the brand that took forever to ship an item was completely deleted from my shop without warning!!! Luckily Modalyst is not the only supply app I use. But I feel really bad for those that spent hours adding those products to their store, only to have them all DELETED suddenly.

I uninstalled the app and asked to be refunded for the app fee I paid since I actually lost money during my subscription (I had only had the app installed for about 2 weeks). Of course, customer service has yet to reply to that email and will not refund my money. Very untrustworthy app and I will never use it again.

I started with the free trial, with intentions of upgrading depending on how things went. An order was placed through their WISH Extension. It did not sync with Modalyst app as I was told it should have, so after being paid, the item still showed as pending in the the Modaylst app and paid in the WISH APP and I had no idea what to tell the customer. I was also concerned about delivery time and how long it would take to begin fulfillment as long delivery times hurt business...Shopify Customer Service was unable to fix the issue, but did try and sent an email to Modalyst. I did as well through the app. I received a generic auto response that went something like, thank you for contacting us....rep will get back to you....No one followed up. I refunded the customer as item remained unfulfilled several days later (according to the app.) and received no confirmation that the order actually went through. My biggest concern is the lack of communication. App's/computer programs have glitches at times and nothing is perfect 100% of the time, but being unable to communicate with anyone is unacceptable, especially when the store's reputation is on the line.

Do not use this app it has inventory problem I have to cancel 3 orders and I have paid for the life time business plan I have been useing them since last October and I’m getting fed up with it they need to fix there inventory issues to stay up to date with vendor and costumer service sucks they don’t ever respond back I’m going to have to close my store down for a week and find a different vendor thanks to there inventory issues I have tolerated it long enough hoping they get it right but they haven’t I think Shopify should remove them from being a drop shipping app because there not sending inventory updates they want to take there fee when you can not even make a order because there out of stock Shopify please have them fix this problem or drop them as a app because they want to take the processing fee to place orders that are out of stock thanks

I dropped this app over a week ago and on JUly 1st, they charged me again. 45$ Im going to let Shopify handle this.

Even I paid an order to the suppliers, they don't response in a reasonable time even i keep reminding them in the Madalyst system. After waiting for they reply for like 7 days, i left a message in their official web site, then they replied.
I sent an email to support to Modalyst for 3 days now, and they still don't response to my email ... ... ...

Here is the truth. The customer support takes ages to reply my inquries. They might reply to this review and says "They are located in ..... " but this still doesn't explain why it takes them more the 12 to 24 hours to reply my inquries. In the app, it doesn't have the option of sample. Here's the thing, i would like to send a sample to my influencer or ambassador to reach out to the Social media and there is no option for that as well. But what pisses me off is the customer support. Whoever is thinking of installing this app. Do note, you will be left alone and don't expect a reply for the next 24 or maybe 72 hours.
