Monk Free Gift+Checkout Upsell

I had issues showing my free gift offer when I first set it up. The support team was available right away and assisted me with getting it fixed. I enjoy how easy the setup process was as well. Murtuza was a great help!

It has been a great app so far. There are a few features that are missing but when talking to their team they say they should have those done in about 2 months which is nice to hear. Low cost but does what it needs to.

Great support. Was not showing on Zeno page builder, quick chat with Support and it was fixed within 2 minutes(!!). So for all using Zeno -> Monk is your go-to upsell app.

The Monk Commerce team is very responsive and always ready to upgrade their features to better suit my use cases. Favorite feature is the ability to let customers select a free gift.

I have never left a review for any shopify apps but I had to for these guys. Honestly best service I have ever received from an app. I chat and they answer and fix issues right away (not really issues more customizations). The app works great and looks great and has a lot more functions than I was expecting! Highly recommend.

I'm on the trial period but if the app does good for our business we might go on monthly subscription.

This app works great, no custom code needed. I like that it allows you to limit the amount of gifts people can add to the cart. Very well done.

I was having issues viewing the widget on my live store. Monk live-chat customer service helped me immediately over live chat. Now my widget looks great and does exactly what I was hoping it would.
