Monk Free Gift+Checkout Upsell

Just downloaded this app because I was looking for the exact features it carries. I wanted an app that could not only create a "Cart progress bar" but also offer discounts and/or free gifts to customers based on their cart value, on a tiered basis, and based on what we wanted to offer as a free gift from our store. Not only does this app do exactly that, but it offers other really cool customizable features too - this apps a must! Furthermore, Jay from live chat support was brilliant! I encountered a little problem (due to my setup - not the app), and he was able to eliminate the causes and resolve my issue. Not only did I learn about the app along the way, but Jay was able to fix my issue whilst improving my funnels, keeping them on brand. Monk is a decent Shopify app to be able to execute upsells and cross-sells. However, it can take several second to load on the page. But, this is my only suggestion for improvement.
