Impressive how almost everything in the app is configurable and can be customized to fit any theme and storefront. Waiting for some more features after which they'd be great app all around - but still 5/5 for what they have today & the swift customer support.

The features of this app are great. The name "Monk Free Gift with Purchase" doesn't do its (user friendly) complexity justice. It has a ton of useful features that we couldn't find anywhere else. The support is one of the best that I have encountered. Great app!

While the analytics really leave something to be desired, the ease of use to set up this app, personalize it, stack discounts and features, and create a better customer experience is really all top-notch. The customer service in itself is worth every penny. I've reached out to them multiple times through the chat and have had resolutions and answers well within an hour. They're friendly, quick to respond, and open about what they know needs to improve and their plans for doing so.
