So stupid, the worst app. thief app. "This campaign will show up on the products you choose below. you can show it on all products or specific"
The campaign will be triggered by sitewide products, not a specified collection or product. The discount will be applied to all products, not specified collections or products.
As per chat desk discussion: You were using the app incorrectly. 😅 We have 1800+ stores making great upsell $$$ without a problem. The campaign chosen was a sitewide offer with trigger products.... (not built the way you wished to use it with collections) - I'm sorry if the purpose of the campaign was misunderstood.

To clarify: This is not a bug. It's the way the specific campaign was built.
I have reached out two separate times through the online chat inside the app and both times I received excellent service. They listened to the kind of campaign I needed and built it for me when I was struggling, and now are there for assistance when I get stuck. It gives me great confidence in using the app. Plus, it's the only one of about 7 free gift apps in Shopify that I tried that did exactly what I wanted it to do.
It's a really great app that is super easy to setup and use. The customer service is fabulous! Very impressed with the super fast responses. I've already seen some results and I'm sure there will be more to come :)
The interface is well made. Easy to set and to customize. The developpers have tought a lot about the UI and UX. What I appreciate best is their support, top notch. The app still need to improve many aspects on the upsell parts to fit most case scenarios but for our use, it is beyond expected. The dev team said they are working on their roadmap to add more features and the team seem open to more customization.

I used this app to improve the drawer cart feature of my store, and it turns out pretty good. I want to make the drawer cart look bigger on desktop, and the guys of this app help me and solve it right away. Love this app and these guys!
