Charlee was very helpful and friendly. Like the app so far. Not much more to say really but the minimum is 100 characters.
Customer Support is amazing. Many thanks to Raneen gave her best to fix my problems! The app also seems good, i will try it out for a couple of days to give my final review.
Awesome app. Have yet to experience the lift in CRO yet as I just installed but Charlene from suport really helped me get this app set up and I thought that was swell!

This app has some really great features and user experience is awesome. The upsell features and free shipping nudges are such a great add on for our customer experience and rewards making it so easy for them to make decisions. Customer service is on top of it in case you have questions as well.
The app is seamless and customer service is instant and very friendly. Glad i made the decision to use this app its great!
Incredible customer service by Charlene; I had tech issues, theme issues, customization issues, use issues and feature issues - she resolved every single one incredibly fast. From install to every customization I wanted + all the info I needed took about half an hour. 10/10 recommend.
I had a few questions about implementation and Charlene spent almost an hour helping me get everything set up the way I wanted
Had some issues due to my theme and the customer service was quick to reply (i mean like seconds) and where able to guide me to fix it.

I heard great things about this app—the first day of trying it out, looks great and robust. We aren't sure if we'll keep it, profits will tell. However, shout out to their customer service. Charlene was super helpful! We had access issues, and Charlene was just 10/10, providing instructions and being super patient. Just for the sake of customer service, I hope the app fits our goals!
