Customer Support is amazing. Many thanks to Raneen gave her best to fix my problems! The app also seems good, i will try it out for a couple of days to give my final review.
Awesome app. Have yet to experience the lift in CRO yet as I just installed but Charlene from suport really helped me get this app set up and I thought that was swell!
Unfortunately this app broke my website for all Safari users, which is the majority of my clients. I've been paying a lot of money in marketing while my clients are not able to do checkouts
We have 1000's of stores using Monster seamlessly on all browsers and 100's of themes. I see you never reached out to the support team for help 😢. This app has some really great features and user experience is awesome. The upsell features and free shipping nudges are such a great add on for our customer experience and rewards making it so easy for them to make decisions. Customer service is on top of it in case you have questions as well.
I installed this app to offer free gifts with purchase....
There's was an issue with the free gift products showing up in auto collections...The app's solution to was to set the conditions to "all conditions". However, that's wasn't how many of our collections functioned. I had to change things (complicate them) in order to make this app work in my store.
Other than that, the app works well and is fairly straightforward. Also, the customer service is pretty good, although the response times could be quicker.
Hi team. 99% of stores can use the simple solutions we provide. We have also created the backup solution you referenced (Hard redirect anyone .. just in case it's needed).
However - you have found the 1 limit of Shopify collections we cannot control.
When a store uses the "Any condition" for auto collections Shopify has no option to hide specific products.
We haven't had a single store bring this up yet as this filter option is rarely used.
An alternative for your store would be to find a solution that uses discount codes or draft checkout. However I would normally advise against this as you will have other limitations. (Ie. multicurrency checkout, multi-discount codes, no coupons)
I wish I had a better answer for you here.

Just wanted to push back on this a little.... "only part of this app that seems to work for our store is the "upsell in the cart" function.
Upselling is the most popular function of the app 🥰 Most stores download us to increase their AOV. Feel free to give it a go 😊

Incredible customer service by Charlene; I had tech issues, theme issues, customization issues, use issues and feature issues - she resolved every single one incredibly fast. From install to every customization I wanted + all the info I needed took about half an hour. 10/10 recommend.
I had a few questions about implementation and Charlene spent almost an hour helping me get everything set up the way I wanted
Had some issues due to my theme and the customer service was quick to reply (i mean like seconds) and where able to guide me to fix it.
