Great support during set up and they offer demo calls which are one to one help and tutorial sessions to resolve any issues you may have.

The maximum is five stars, but if I could give more I would definitely give it. They are simply fantastic, they serve with ease and speed, the APP is complete and works as it should. They have implemented a translation system that will be available to everyone who wants to use the system.

This is the best app for me, 100/10 - support, Tons of features which even paid apps don't provide, easy interface, Fast updates, as of now when i am using it, it's absolutely free and getting this for free is too Good! The team is doing great! Keep Going, i would like a life chat feature for the widget but even without it its great and i hope the feature will be announced very soon! :)

The team at MooseDesk are straight up awesome. The representative i spoke with Anne was above and beyond more then helpful. They are super friendly, attentive and willing to help with anything. I needed a function customized for my site and they had someone from the development team create it for me right away.

The app is amazing, the team is awesome and i highly recommend it to anyone needing a helpdesk system on their site and i look forward to working with them in the future!

This helpdesk app has a clean and simple interface. It feels quick to use and has a nice flow when opening and replying to tickets. This app is very helpful for my business. I recommend it!
