So far so good! Moose's Live Chat Widget was really easy to setup and allowed my store to have a clean aesthetic to it. The live chat, ticket system, and order tracking functionality is top notch. The customer support has also been splendid as I needed help with some manual coding. I'll definitely be continuing to use Moose for a long time.
Love this app! Its amazing app and a lot of functionalities. The support MIA from MooseDesk is very helpful to setup my need and quick to resolve my issue.
Iv'e been using the app for a day or so. It has cool features and their support team is great. Thomas helped me with an issue i was having, He was such a big help and very informative.

We really needed to improve the way we were communicating with customers and knew a help desk system was the way forward. We wanted our customers to have many ways to contact us, but for us to deal with their enquiries from the same app. Moose Desk really does that. I've been in touch with their own customer services twice in the last 24 hours to have a few things tweaked and the response was quick and positive. Really rate this app!
