So I originally came to this app looking for a good shopify inbox alternative.
At the time they didnt have livechat, but now they do!!
So it is literally perfect, the interface is user friendly and makes managing tickets so much easier.
Perfect app and they are always improving!! They also have such a friendly support team

I loved this app: LiveChat, WhatsApp, Ticket Raising, and Order Tracking. And the best part: It's FREE. Yes, you heard it right. It's the best one, which we are exploring now.

Their support is also very quick and get things done very fast. We had a customized live chat option for particular hours and they did it overnight.

Highly Recommended.

This app is really easy to use. There’s also a good selection of tutorials to help you get started on your own. We needed some adjustments due to the language selection, and we were helped very quickly and very kindly. This is how customer service should be! Absolutely deserves 5 stars! Otherwise, it would be great if the app could automatically pull the available fonts from the Shopify themes (typography) and make them available. In our case, we had to find an alternative to our theme ZEST that was at least somewhat similar.

The functionality is very rich and powerful! The technical support is also very quick, almost meeting all my needs. It would be perfect if the templates could be more diverse and allow uploading of custom fonts.

At first glance it appears to be feature rich and well customizable.

Great app with great functions. It gives our webshop just the extra we were looking for. Their service is great. I asked them to customize some things and they were very happy to help. We are very happy with the result.
