So I originally came to this app looking for a good shopify inbox alternative.
At the time they didnt have livechat, but now they do!!
So it is literally perfect, the interface is user friendly and makes managing tickets so much easier.
Perfect app and they are always improving!! They also have such a friendly support team

Outstanding service and outstanding App and just keep getting better. It is so clean and clutter free, better than the expensive Support Ticket Apps I have used in the past. I am using this on 3 of my websites. Well done guys.

I love MooseDesk.
This application is very rich in terms of functionality, efficiency and ease of use.
As for support, I have only one thing to say: top-notch.

The app is great and cost-effective, with excellent customer service that is kind, patient, and truly listens to users—I really appreciate that! I received immediate support, which was fantastic. After installing the app a few days ago, I'm still learning, but I love the clean, simple, and intuitive dashboard that makes navigation easy and straightforward.

I had a couple of questions and Mia was able to answer them and provide assistance quickly. The app is everything I have been looking for to simplify customer chats, frequently asked questions, claims, etc. It is fast, customizable and the support is 100% invested in quickly getting you help when you need it. I have searched for the perfect app for the right price for about two years now and wish I had found Moose quicker.

The functionality is very rich and powerful! The technical support is also very quick, almost meeting all my needs. It would be perfect if the templates could be more diverse and allow uploading of custom fonts.

We started looking for a sort of all in one inbound chat and customer support ticketing system - and BAM! There was Moosedesk standing by to solve most of what we were looking for.

We haven't yet migrated completely to MD. It will be a bit of work and training getting all of our people up to speed with the new (and better) solutions, but it will be worth it.

I have used several Support Ticket and Helpdesk Apps and even the ones that have high monthly or annual costs always disappoint. Moosedesk has been an amazing experience so far. I love the simplicity and ease of use, and it still has everything you need. I cannot speak highly enough about the high level of customer service. They respond so quickly and are prepared to go above and beyond to tweak the system specifically for your store. And there are many new features that are coming, so I am excited to be part of this journey.
