MooseDesk literally makes customer support effortless. It's great for having live chat, email and social media all in one place - the best part? - IT'S FREEE!

It wasn't hard to create the FAQ section either and the view of customers answering their own questions really reduced my workload very much.

Further I can answer my messages through the mobile app and their customer service is exceptional. They've looked into all my queries and responded back with a solution really quick!

Try it out if you want to level up your customer service!

We really needed to improve the way we were communicating with customers and knew a help desk system was the way forward. We wanted our customers to have many ways to contact us, but for us to deal with their enquiries from the same app. Moose Desk really does that. I've been in touch with their own customer services twice in the last 24 hours to have a few things tweaked and the response was quick and positive. Really rate this app!

I love MooseDesk.
This application is very rich in terms of functionality, efficiency and ease of use.
As for support, I have only one thing to say: top-notch.
And don't be late to the party: if you install it now as an early bird, you'll get initial features free forever.

The app is great, cost-effective and fully customizable to your liking to match your brand. Also, I love their customer care service, they literally reply to you within minutes and solve any issues that you face at an instant. It is a great app.

I was really eager to install an Live Chat and came across this app. Sam was amazing! She helped me in so many ways. As a Shopify store owner, I haven't seen any other app that focuses on future development like this one. They're offering a fantastic free service while aiming for growth. The app is great and cost-effective, with excellent customer service that is kind, patient, and truly listens to users—I really appreciate that! I received immediate support, which was fantastic. After installing the app a few days ago, I'm still learning, but I love the clean, simple, and intuitive dashboard that makes navigation easy and straightforward.
