This helpdesk app has a clean and simple interface. It feels quick to use and has a nice flow when opening and replying to tickets. This app is very helpful for my business. I recommend it!

This is an incredible tool and the support and service is outstanding. The App itself is fairly new and they are adding new features and tools all the time. It's only getting better and better. I have to stress again, I have never experienced such quick and personal service. AMAZING!

Very beautiful App with great, kind and patience Customer Service that is truly open to listen the user, I really appreciated that! (I have received support immediately, please continue in this way!) I installed the App few days ago and still learning using that, I like a lot the simple and intuitive dashboard which to me is very clean, knowing instantaneously where to click. Although App's feature for small use cases is a little bit limit, the customer support is perfect. App is really easy to use and the UI is good for non-tech agent. 5 star for every thing, hope to see more integration in future like amazon and facebook.

Easy to use, excellent customer service, development engineers also helped us solve problems during non-service hours. Although we did not adopt this application as a solution in the end, it did provide a good experience overall.
