It is good application, I like it and integerated it in my platform on Day1
So I originally came to this app looking for a good shopify inbox alternative.
At the time they didnt have livechat, but now they do!!
So it is literally perfect, the interface is user friendly and makes managing tickets so much easier.
Perfect app and they are always improving!! They also have such a friendly support team

Amazing support from the team and lots of help with customisation of FAQs and the Chat widget. Unfortunately chat doesn't function as we needed it but will definitely keep the FAQs switched on as they look great. Thanks for your patient support Moose team :)
