Honestly, this app is so good that it is hard to believe it is available at the price point that it is at.

We've tried other tools, but none of them speak Shopify's language as well as this app does.

This app is fantastic, and as it grows could be the single best app for automation in the store. I used this app to automate our product uploads. I can set the Google Shopping categories, some of my product tags, and set the handle and meta titles. The app's customer services and development team are very responsive and available for live chat during business hours. I had some alterations, and they helped me set less than 24-hours of my original email.

This app has saved us hundreds of hours (aka $$$) with automating customer service workflows and I feel like we've barely scratched the surface. The team is super responsive and has helped us create automations that we (frankly) thought were impossible. Probably the best app I can think of for a SMB that's strapped for time and resources but wants big impact.

Very powerful app and amazing support team! I highly recommend. I use Arigato on all of my shops, it's been so useful and unlocks the full potential of Shopify when you do not have the Plus plan. I use it to automatically tag products, show most recent best sellers, updated customs metafields, bulk email customers about temporary issues. When I contact the team for help to create workflows, they will respond within 24 hours and often offer to fix the workflow for me (instead or referring me to the knowledge base). It's a must-have app for me and all of my stores.

Currently on the free trial, not a lot of coding experience, needed quite a lot of help! Kenny was amazing at helping me solve my problem, putting the extra time and effort into great customer service. I'll be moving to the subscription for sure!

I use this app to automate certain workflows on my website my products sell. Great capabilities and saves me a ton of time. Customer service is also very helpful and responds very quickly with 1x1 instructions.

I used this app to help me on tagging by Size, Gender and Category. After exploring other apps, I found that Arigato Automation has many other features within it that other apps do not provide. It's a simple one app for all and it gets the job done perfectly. The CS team has been very helpful and quick to reply with tips and solutions as well.

Intuitive and easy to use. If you run into issues there support is amazing! Great addon to the native flow application.
