This app helped us automate major business routine tasks saving us tons of time. The degree of flexibility is fantastic and Patrick & Kenny from support are just brilliant. Although we shot at them anything they always did their very best to help us. Worth every penny.

Customer service is amazing and the app is a perfect replacement for shopify flow... We are coming off of plus and would highly reccomend

I came from Zapier, and I was quickly impressed. Having the ability to run instant automation is really key, especially for us since we are an on-demand service provider. Support took minutes, and not the hours that I was expecting. I'm now taking a look at their other apps based on the quality of the Arigato app.

I've used Arigato on a couple different sites and its miles ahead of Shopify Flow. In fact, often times I've found Shopify's support suggests Arigato as they seem to often have difficulty navigating their own tool, where in the odd occasion that I haven't been able to find our configure an already-build flow from Arigato's easy to navigate library, their support team has something built out for me with explanations included within a few hours to a day.

Would love to give a full 5 stars but I find the arbitrary increase in pricing for Shopify Plus users a bit of an offensive trend in Shopify developers. Increasing the price of an app based on another subscription and not usage is pretty painful and if Shopify ever managed to actually build out Flows competently I'd likely have to set Arigato aside due to the price point.

Please reach out to the support team to open a discussion regarding pricing. They are able to review on a case by case basis. Our general pricing is based on our historical data that indicates larger stores send a heavier load and have more challenging support requests, even if they're not doing many actions. It's not a perfect concept. I'm glad you like the app, but we also want customers to feel like it's fairly priced for their situation. Let's talk! :)

Do not use this app. When you switch to Shopify Plus, they increase the price and charge $100/month for each of your store even if you just need a few triggers per month for the exact same services as before switching to Shopify Plus. Now, I need to find an alternative solution, so don't make the same mistake. In addition to that, they did not even bother to reply to my emails after this unacceptable price increase.

The Arigato team were very helpful in getting me setup with a custom automation I wanted - they edited by code and got it working. The other automations that were based on their default options work great and it easy to use.

Really powerful app but there Plan are based on Shopify plan .. so more you pay on Shopify more you will pay on this app and still have the same functionality .. I just dont get it

Reach out to our support team and we can review your situation and come up with a fair price for your situation. :)

The thinking is that stores on higher Shopify plans are busier and add more load to our systems to process the traffic, even if they're not doing more actions. It's not perfect, but using the Shopify store plan is usually a good metric for how much load a store will add.

We tried straight "per-action" pricing early on and everyone hated it because they couldn't predict the bill. Every billing model has drawbacks, but we're open to negotiation and discussion.
