I love Arigato, they have many flows, the application is very intuitive and complete. Their customer service is excellent, I recommend them.

they make it extremely difficult to cancel or pause the recurring billing. would not recommend using this app.

Tell us about your experience with Arigato Workflow Automation

For a newbie like me, I didn't know too much about metafields. However, it was not difficult to catch on! The interface is great, their support team is top-notch, the workflows save you so much time and if you get stuck they also have AI ready to assist you! Every business owner needs this app.

Before I was manually importing shipping times and other metafield values. Argato makes life easier. I promise.

This app is a GEM! Other automation and bulk editing apps dont come close. Loose them all. This is just pure superpowers. With some technical knowledge, you can create complex workflows that can du just about anything. You even have AI to help you create the functionality you need right in the app, and it works really well. And if this does not solve your problem, customer service is amazing!

Perfect! Easy to use and can pretty much handle all our needs. If you have any problems, reach out to the support team and they will get back to you ASAP.

I love this app so much! It's insanely useful for automating different parts of your shop in a straightforward manner. There's so many different options of what you can do with this app, you would be looking at multiple different apps to provide exactly what this app provides. I use this to sort customers into their designated delivery runs, to update my product SEO when a product gets created or updated,I did use it to update stock across multiple variants of the same product. The possibilities are endless. The customer service team is super nice and super helpful, especially Patrick and Kenny, I've come to them multiple times not understanding how to do something and they have helped me right away and showed me not only what to do to make it work, but how it works too, so I have been able to learn a bit more on how to work the app on my own. A definite must-have for your website. Very highly recommend it.

Arigato is a powerful tool and has helped me to automate a lot of my store needs. There's a learning curve involved but if you're committed and with the help of their awesome support staff the effort will pay dividends.

I've been using this for about a week now and although I've set up multiple workflows that have saved me a TON of time, I still feel like I've only scratched the surface of what this app is capable of! I think it strikes a great balance between being incredibly powerful yet easy enough to understand that people like me (tech savvy but not a coder) can still get a lot out of it. I look forward to learning it better and saving myself even more time.

This app is amazing. I was looking for a way to email a specific message to customers after they purchased a specific item. It also put the data in a google sheet so that I can give access to coworkers who don't need access to Shopify. Great app, well worth the money.

I was using zapier before, but it costs more that this tool. Also this tool is more oriented towards shopify, which I need... I was using zapier only to automate shopify before, so it makes sense to switch to agrigato. Another good thing is that I can fulfil orders automatically now. I have lots of digital orders(buyers get instant download link), but some physical ones also, and before I had to manually fulfil digital ones so they wouldn't clutter my orders page, but I had to be careful to not mistakenly fulfil physical order, until it was time to do so. This app fixes that.

This app is AMAZING! We had a unique situation to run a festival with multiple vendors and a single curbside pickup location. This app let us email and text our vendors based on a customer's selected pickup time. Vendors are able to see only the items they need to fulfill even if other vendors are part of the order. Thank you, thank you for such a great app.

Arigato Automation has been a game changer for us allowing us to automate things like a welcome email to new customers, a customer delivery details email, copy order comments to customer notes, add and remove tags from certain orders on a schedule. At this point, it's hard to imagine how we'd run our business without it. The amount of automation and filters available is incredible. Great support too, highly recommended.

Awesome customer service should be mentioned first. We used it to create a custom fulfillment flow and it worked perfectly. Quick response times to assist with setup and smooth UI.

Responsive and helpful team, this tool is very powerful and will do things that Shopify Flow cannot even do!
The team is always innovating and comes up with new ways workflows.
I use it to get alerts for orders with PO box addresses, high risk orders, send alerts to customers when their orders take more than 7 days to prepare.
I combine the automatic tags with the free app Shopsync and Mailchimp to send very personalized emails follow ups.
I also use it to tag customers based on their spendings so they can use special discounts.

Hands down the best automation app out there. The best features and service available. Simple setup, doesn't require any special training to understand.

WHY? Why did it take me so long to find this app? I'd paid for a few apps to help me tag and manage products and order before I found Arigato Automation then I scrapped them all in favour of this app.

So far, I've found nothing I can't do using their scripting language and where I get stuck their service is top notch. Friendly and informative.
