They just exit scammed. All data lost and my shop wasnt working until i found out that they just deleted the app.

To clarify with full transparency: we did not shut down or delete the app. A rare and unfortunate server incident made the app appear non-functional, and we failed to communicate quickly during that window. That was our mistake — and we’ve learned from it.

Your data is secure and recoverable in most cases, and we’d love to help restore everything for you if you're open to reconnecting. We've now upgraded our server reliability and response system to prevent this in the future.

App disappeared without notice, app fee was still scheduled to be charged.

We’re incredibly sorry for the disruption caused to your store’s pages. A temporary server-side issue caused a conflict with our app’s rendering scripts, leading to layout problems for a small group of merchants — including yours.
